This 12-week High Performance Coaching program follows an organized weekly curriculum consisting of a precise and proven structure designed to facilitate clarity and personal advancement for the client. While you may believe you know the particular single area of your life in need of attention, you may be inadvertently overlooking critical personal patterns that are getting in the way of the growth you seek and the ultimate results you desire. This 12-week structure will facilitate a complete personal assessment in order to help you find your own emotional truths and life transformations.
In our 12-weeks together, we will evaluate your complete life including your psychology, physiology, productivity, people skills, and purpose. You can expect penetrating questions and emotionally engaging sessions that will help you discover deep insights and major breakthroughs. Each weekly session links to the next, creating a strong chain designed to capture your goals.

My Role as Your Coach
My job is not to tell you what you want to hear, but to tell you what you need to hear. You don’t need one more person in your life merely sympathizing with your struggles.
I don’t just focus on the challenges; I embrace the opportunities and work with you to implement immediate strategies for the future. My role is to facilitate the “Ah-ha” moments where you see the possibilities rather than only the challenges.
As your coach, I will continuously challenge and encourage you to be congruent with your self-proclaimed life mission and values. I will have no judgements, and only your very best interests in mind.
Not only will you have newly found camaraderie on your life’s mission, but you will also have a trusted partner and teammate pushing and pulling you towards your best self!
After our initial free 60-minute Strategy Session where I learn about you and how you see yourself in the world, we will begin a complete personal assessment of your life at this moment in time. This assessment is intended to identify areas of your life that may be encumbered by roadblocks possibly obstructing the path to your ultimate goals.
Each session will begin with a check in of the past week, a discussion of your previous “homework” assignment, and the ways you implemented the lessons learned from our last meeting. We will then advance to that week’s focused topic and explore areas facilitated by the discussion. Predictably, this is likely to uncover territory you may have been avoiding or didn’t even realize was holding you back.
We will discuss new habits and strategies that you can directly apply to what we clarified, and end the session with a recap of the topic and a clear personal assignment or challenge you can instantly incorporate into your life.
Your Responsibilities as a Client
Ultimately, this is a process where you get out as much as you put in. It is critical that you be both passionate and honest in our sessions together to allow you to trigger that desired shift in your life.
Come to each session completely honest, open, and committed to improving your life. This commitment will allow you to you find your own emotional truths and create true and lasting life transformations.
It’s not uncommon to discover something new and important about yourself each and every session. The key, however, is to implement the breakthrough or new habit in your daily life. In order to achieve the best results, you must complete your homework assignments and implement your newly discovered strategy and mindset on a daily basis. While challenging at first, the weekly support you will receive from me as your personal coach will help to make the lasting changes and advancements you seek.
